Shipping Policy
The objective of this shipping policy is to ensure safe handling, secure packaging, and timely dispatch of handcrafted furniture and décor products while maintaining transparency throughout the delivery process.
Dispatch Timelines
Products that are not customized are typically dispatched within 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the product category, production schedule, and delivery destination. Customized products require additional manufacturing time due to design complexity and specialized craftsmanship and are generally dispatched within 7 to 8 weeks.
In rare and exceptional circumstances—such as raw material shortages, logistical disruptions, or force majeure events—dispatch timelines may extend up to 24 to 25 weeks. Customers will be informed if such delays occur.
All products are packed in secure, sealed packaging designed to minimize the risk of transit damage. Open-box delivery is not permitted under any circumstances, either by the company or by its logistics partners.

Delivery
Once an order has been dispatched, domestic deliveries within India typically take 7 to 10 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier service, and logistical conditions.
After dispatch, customers receive shipment notifications that may include dispatch confirmation, courier partner details, and tracking information where available. Tracking services are provided by third-party logistics partners and are subject to their system availability.
Delivery timelines are indicative and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond operational control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, transportation or supply-chain disruptions, political or regional disturbances, and other unforeseen operational challenges.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability shall not extend to any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from delivery delays, including loss of use, inconvenience, or commercial impact.
