Customized Order Policy

Customized orders refer to products that are manufactured specifically according to customer-provided requirements. These requirements may include custom dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, designs, construction details, functional changes, or aesthetic preferences. Products that are developed on special request or are not listed on the website are also treated as customized orders.

Because customized products are made exclusively for individual customers, they require detailed planning, skilled craftsmanship, dedicated production resources, and longer manufacturing timelines. These products cannot be resold or altered for other customers, and therefore carry different commercial and operational conditions compared to standard catalog items.

Terms & Conditions for Customized Orders

Customized products are manufactured strictly based on the final specifications approved by the customer. Once specifications are confirmed and full payment is received, production begins immediately. From this point onward, the order is considered final and binding.

No cancellations, modifications, or specification changes are permitted after manufacturing has commenced. This is due to irreversible allocation of materials, labor, and production capacity.

In exceptional situations, cancellation requests may be reviewed at management discretion. If approved, deductions will be applied to recover costs already incurred, including raw materials, labor, design, and administrative expenses. These deductions may be up to 75% of the total order value. Once a customized product has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Full advance payment is mandatory for all customized orders. Payments made toward customized products are non-refundable, as production begins immediately after order confirmation.

Dispatch timelines for customized products generally range between 7–8 weeks. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to design complexity, material availability, craftsmanship requirements, or unforeseen operational conditions. Delays caused by such factors do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

Progress updates during manufacturing are not mandatory and are shared only when deemed necessary. Customers will be informed in case of significant delays or at the time of dispatch.

Each customized product is handcrafted using premium-grade materials and undergoes strict quality inspection to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
